Based on in-depth knowledge of thermography and the properties of various materials, Gerdes solutions, together with Termisk systemteknik, has developed and validated a collection method that ensures accurate results when inspecting moisture in &#8220;flat roofs&#8221;. We have used this approach for many years and the result means that moisture penetration is identified and located at an early stage. This makes the method valuable both as part of the ongoing supervision of the property and when there is suspicion or knowledge of moisture penetration.<\/p>\n<p>Through early detection, measures can be taken before major damage occurs, resulting in higher costs. The method also provides a major safety benefit, as it reduces the need for work at high altitudes.<\/p>\n<p>After thermography has been completed, the collected data is analyzed and delivered in the form of an inspection report with the possibility of viewing the image\/film material.
