Leaks in district heating networks can be a source of major costs. A minimal leak can lead to many cubic meters of hot water gushing out, resulting in ground undermining and energy loss. In collaboration with Termisk systemteknik, Gerdes Solutions has been performing drone-borne aerial thermography of district heating networks for ten years
Inspection of moisture in “flat roofs”
Moisture penetration into roofs risks incurring high costs, as it can take a long time before problems are noticed on the inside of the building. Early detection can prevent major damage and enable adequate measures to be taken.
Laser scanning
Detailed point clouds produced using a laser scanner on a drone can provide valuable data for drawings, maps and planning. The method is efficient and the results are detailed.

Research and development are close to our hearts. For research and development projects, we can help collect data from places that might otherwise be inaccessible, and assist with the development of equipment and methods.

Permits & Certificates
Generic operational authorization for operations within a specific category in built-up areas
At Gerdes solutions we are committed to safety, quality and compliance. Our pilots are trained to fly in the specific category and we hold, among other things, generic operational authorization according to SORA for flying in populated areas up to 120 meters throughout all of Sweden.
Certified ITC thermographers
To maintain high quality in our work with thermal cameras, we have certified thermographers with authorization up to level 2.
